Your approval devices
The phone or laptop you approve requests on, with a passkey (your fingerprint, face or screen lock). Set one up when you first start, add a backup, or replace a laptop or phone you no longer use. This opens the Approval Desk, a separate site that keeps approvals apart from the Cockpit, so it asks you to sign in there with your Google account.

Arrange, hide, and reorder your dashboard tiles, and edit each tile's own threshold targets, band boundaries, and pre-breach warning offset. Every change here is saved and versioned. You can roll back to any prior version at any time.

Business rules
The rules the crew has learned about how your business works. Review each one, correct it, confirm it, or retire it so it is no longer applied. Nothing here changes what the crew does until you confirm it, and confirming records your decision only: it is not a sign-off on any invoice.
Invoice outcomes
Where each invoice the crew handled stands: verified completions, decisions still pending, and the exceptions someone owes a next step on. Amounts are never shown as revenue or savings — only the invoice's own status and evidence.
Messages this box may send
Each kind of message your crew can send to your customers. You can turn a kind off, or stop it right now. Either one applies to every message the crew has not yet handed to the email service. A message the email service has already accepted cannot be called back. To turn a kind back on, contact True Fix.

Enter one customer's email address and choose what should stop. It takes effect for every message your crew has not yet handed to the email service. A message the email service has already accepted cannot be called back. This screen cannot undo a stop, and the address is not shown again after you submit it. To lift one, contact True Fix.
